New PPTP Server Addresses

US East Coast (NC): us1.pptp.cryptocloud.com
US West Coast (CA): uswest1.pptp.cryptocloud.com
UK: uk1.pptp.cryptocloud.com / uk2.pptp.cryptocloud.com

Please either change the server addresses in your PPTP connections, or re-create the connections by following the instructions on the knowledgebase (http://cryptocloud.kayako.com/Knowledgebase/List).

ANNOUNCEMENT: Affiliate system launch

We have recently launched our CryptoCloud affiliate system.

To activate your affiliate account:

1. Go to https://www.cryptocloud.com/billing/ and login with your email address and password.

2. Click on “Affiliates”

3. Click on “Activate affiliate account”

4. On the next page, you’ll be given out an affiliate link which you can use to refer customers to our website.

You’ll receive 25% of the first payment of every customer you refer to us. For example, if a customer you referred signs up for a monthly subscription, you will receive 5$ (25$ of 19.95$). If a customer signs up for a yearly account, you’ll receive 45$..and so on.

You can track your sign ups and conversion rates through the previous page.

Remember, your username (not password!) is *ALL* lowercase, no matter what case did you use when signing up…else you’ll encounter an “Auth failure” error when logging in.

First I would like to say welcome to all of our faithful customers who have been awaiting more than 140 character twitter posts to get information and updates. We have much to share beginning with changes you can and cannot see which we will enlighten you to over the next few weeks as they are fully implemented and tested. Understand that we are getting back to our roots, putting out the most secure and stable privacy service available on the market today.

I would also like to thank each of your for remaining with us over a crazy few months. A provider we had worked with harmoniously for years seemed to crater around us as they moved their base of operations, much to our surprise. As any good partner would do, we tried to remain faithful and work to continue our relationship however as you can tell we split because of irreconcilable differences and the benefit will be to YOU will constant and solid up-time.

We will be posting here often and we will try and alert everyone by twitter as well. We appreciate your support and could not do what we do without YOU!
